Medical Records
If you have a question about your medical records or to request a copy of your films, please call the WRA office location where you were seen or send an e-mail to medical records. WRA charges a fee of $20, which includes postage, for mailing your films. Please include a phone number in your message where you may be contacted about your medical records request and to make payment arrangements. Thank you.
