Parking

WRA Park Potomac provides one hour of free parking in the surface parking lot (facing I-270), and 15 minutes of free parking in the underground garage. Subsequent parking fees are charged by the building management and subject to change. The current rates are:

• First 15 minutes – Free Parking In Garage
• First hour – Free Parking Surface Lot Only
• Additional hour – $2

To access your one hour of free parking on the surface lot, make note of your parking space upon arrival and proceed to the parking meter kiosk. Enter your parking space number into the kiosk; it will show $0.00. Push the “Print Receipt” button. This will automatically give you one hour of free parking. Take the printed ticket with you. There is no need to place the ticket back in your vehicle. Most visits should take less than an hour. If you are not sure how long your exam may take, please ask the receptionists at our office. They will be more than happy to assist you.

FROM WASHINGTON, DC:
Take Constitution Avenue on to the Roosevelt Bridge. Take the George Washington Memorial Parkway exit to the far right. Follow the GW Parkway to 495 North toward Baltimore. Take the 270 exit to the left when 495 and 270 split. Merge right to take I-270 LOCAL North toward Montrose Road. Take Montrose Road West, Exit 4B. Merge onto Montrose Road. Turn slight right onto Park Potomac Avenue. Pass through 1 roundabout. The WRA Park Potomac Building will be on your right. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.

FROM NORTH (GAITHERSBURG/GERMANTOWN):
Take 270S towards Northern Virginia. Take Montrose Road West, Exit 4B. Merge onto Montrose Road. Turn slight right onto Park Potomac Avenue. Pass through 1 roundabout. The WRA Park Potomac Building will be on your right. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.

FROM NORTHERN/WESTERN POTOMAC:
Take the Wootton Parkway heading East towards MD-189 (Falls Road). Cross MD-189, continuing on Wootton Parkway. Turn right at Seven Locks Road. Take a left onto Cadbury Avenue. Cross Park Potomac Avenue and the WRA Park Potomac Building will be directly in front of you. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.

FROM SOUTHERN/WESTERN POTOMAC:
Take MD-189 (Falls Road) heading North towards Montrose Road. Turn right at Montrose Road, then left at Seven Locks Road. Then turn right onto Cadbury Avenue. At the stop sign, cross Park Potomac Avenue. The WRA Park Potomac Building will be directly in front of you. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.

FROM NORTH (SILVER SPRING/COLLEGE PARK):
Take 495W towards Northern VA. Keep right to take I-270 N via exit 35 toward Frederick. Keep right to take I-270 LOCAL North toward Montrose Road. Take Montrose Road West, Exit 4B. Merge onto Montrose Road. Turn slight right onto Park Potomac Avenue. Pass through 1 roundabout. The WRA Park Potomac Building will be on your right. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.

FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA:
Take 495N into Maryland to the 495/270 split. Take the 270 exit to the left. Merge right to take I-270 LOCAL North toward Montrose Road. Take Montrose Road West, Exit 4B. Merge onto Montrose Road. Turn slight right onto Park Potomac Avenue. Pass through 1 roundabout. The WRA Park Potomac Building will be on your right. Park at the back side of the building on the surface lot facing I-270.
