Physician Referral

A written order from your physician is required for all imaging exams in order to ensure WRA performs the proper exam to suit your medical needs. In addition, this documentation ensures that your physician receives a copy of the exam results and can coordinate any follow-up care as needed. If you do not bring the order with you to your exam and we cannot obtain a confirmation from your doctor, we will need to reschedule your exam.

Cell phones

So we can maintain a relaxing environment for all of our patients, we request courteous cell phone usage in our waiting areas and no cell phone usage in our clinical areas.

Unaccompanied Children Under The Age of 10

We kindly request that you do not bring children under the age of 10 to an appointment unless another adult is present to watch them. Due to safety regulations, children may not accompany a caretaker into radiographic exam areas. Siblings are welcome for prenatal ultrasound appointments with an adult chaperone.
