Edward R. Lipsit, MD

Edward R. Lipsit, MD Dr. Lipsit, WRA's president, received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1975, followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at The George Washington University Medical Center and a fellowship in ultrasound at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution. Dr. Lipsit returned to George Washington University Hospital in 1979 to become the director of diagnostic ultrasound. In 1981 he joined WRA. Dr. Lipsit has published articles in radiology journals and texts and has lectured both locally and abroad. He is currently an associate clinical professor of radiology at The George Washington University School of Medicine.
