Sandra M. Polin, MD

Sandra M. Polin, MDDr. Polin received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1997. She completed residency training in diagnostic radiology in 2002 from Mount Sinai Medical Center followed by a fellowship in breast and body imaging from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2003. Dr. Polin recently served as an assistant professor of radiology at Georgetown University where she participated in national studies on the utilization of breast MRI technology in the detection and management of breast cancer. Dr. Polin's recent publications include a review of the effects of Tamoxifen on the endometrium. She joined WRA in July 2009.
