Christine E. Huxol, MDRadiologist
Dr. Christine Huxol completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Harvard University School of Medicine Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2005. She earned board certification in diagnostic radiology from the American Board of Radiology in 2004. Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Huxol completed a four-year residency in diagnostic radiology at Indiana University and a one-year medical internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. Huxol received her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky in 1999. Prior to joining Washington Radiology in 2015, Dr. Huxol practiced breast imaging in private practice in Louisville, KY and taught as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Kentucky. She has served on the board for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Kentucky affiliate and has given numerous presentations on breast imaging.
