Sussan Sadeghi MD

Sussan Sadeghi, MD

Radiologist

Dr. Sussan Sadeghi earned her medical degree at the Shaheed Beheshti School of Medicine in Tehran in 1992, followed by a three-year residency in diagnostic radiology which she finished in 1995. Dr. Sadeghi practiced in universities and private settings in Iran for five years before moving to the United States to continue her training at the University of Miami School of Medicine. There, she finished a one-year clinical fellowship in body imaging in 2001, followed by a one-year general surgery internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. In June 2007, Dr. Sadeghi completed a four-year residency in diagnostic radiology, also at Mount Sinai. She joined Washington Radiology later that same year.  Dr. Sadeghi is a board-certified radiologist, and member of the Radiological Society of North America and American College of Radiology. She is a published auther in the areas of ultrasound and biopsy research.
