About Peter Snyder
Dr. Snyder received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and completed a Transitional Internship at the Navy Medical Center in San Diego, CA in 2003. Dr. Snyder served a two-year tour as a Medical Officer with the United Stated Marine Corps Infantry in Camp Pendleton, CA and Fallujah, Iraq until 2005. Dr. Snyder completed his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the Navy Medical Center in San Diego, CA in 2009 and served as faculty until 2014. He subsequently served at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center as Chief of Virtual Colonography Division and Chief of Computed Tomography Division until he retired after 20 years of service. Dr. Snyder joined Washington Radiology in 2020.
