Washington Radiology is committed to the highest ethical and legal healthcare and business practices. In accordance with this commitment, our compliance program promotes an organizational culture that supports prevention, detection, and resolution of matters that could violate laws, regulations, payor requirements, or organizational policies. Compliance training for all team members and physicians is conducted within 30 days of employment, and each subsequent year during the full tenure at Washington Radiology. Regular audits are performed by our Compliance Committee to ensure Washington Radiology policies are up-to-date and reflect all current state, federal, and payor legal and regulatory policies and procedures.

Washington Radiology is required by law to maintain the privacy of protected health information and to provide individuals with notice of its legal duties and privacy practices with respect to protected health information.

Reporting Concerns: Washington Radiology seeks to promote an environment where individuals may report concerns without fear of retribution, retaliation or harassment.
