New 19th Street Location Designed To Enhance Patient Experience and Quality Care
Fairfax, VA (Aug. 18, 2025) – Washington Radiology, the leading medical imaging provider in the DMV area, has relocated its K Street location to a new state-of-the-art facility just minutes away on 19th Street in downtown D.C.
For more than 75 years, Washington Radiology has provided the highest quality medical imaging care for patients throughout DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia, and has built a reputation for being the first to market for technical innovation and advanced clinical leadership. Now, D.C. patients can experience a new downtown location on 19th Street, centered around innovation and cutting-edge technology.
Washington Radiology 19th Street offers a full range of imaging services, including Diagnostic Mammography, General Ultrasound, 3T MRI, CT, Biopsy, X-ray and Bone Densitometry. The center features new state-of-the-art equipment, including new Hologic mammography towers for screening and diagnostic imaging, new Siemens CT equipment for enhanced diagnostic accuracy, and new Siemens 3T MRI scanners for faster scanning and an open bore design for greater patient comfort. The same team of skilled, subspecialized radiologists and technologists will continue to provide patients and physicians with expert services and the highest level of care.
The new center, conveniently located in Downtown D.C., offers easy access to public transportation and has valet parking available.
